Sub-processors
Nubilux uses sub-processors who process personal data on our behalf. This list is part of the privacy policy, and we keep it up to date.
If we change the list, the new version applies from the date it is published here.

Transfers outside the EEA
Several of the providers above process data outside the EEA. For these, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one exists.

Status of agreements
We are at an early stage, and not all data processing agreements have been signed yet. We consider it more honest to say so than to leave it out.
